Love this! As a convert I miss the whole "bible study" type of thing. Sometimes I dont want a whole lecture but rather a personal independent study to study along with. I'd love if you did this as a series ❤

I personally really enjoy having 'pretty' things so I got myself a rainbow English/Arabic Qu'ran from etsy which has been a massive help in connecting with it! It feels and looks special which makes it less intimidating for me to read. I'm like a magpie, you could say lol.

Thank you dear sister for this. I am a revert and find it hard with a busy life and 2 small kids to have time to read and study the Quran myself. But when my baby is napping and my other at school I can sit with u and learn while I have quiet time. Please it will be great to have this regularly. Love from the UK 😊

As a person who grew up in a Muslim household, this video was soo beneficial! Thank you Samantha xx I went to madrassa from a young age but I never really had a strong connection with the Quran. I've been thinking about making a Quran journal for quite some time but I was unsure how to structure it. This video has helped soo much and now I have an idea of the direction I want to take with my Quran journal. Do you have a particular order in which you study the Quran or do you just pick which surah to study? I just wanted to thank you again for your amazing content. I literally love every single one of your videos. I always leave your videos with a higher Iman (if that makes any sense) and also a stronger determination to be steadfast in the deen. I find going from cover to cover easy to track! But definitely start at the back cover because otherwise you’ll get overwhelmed by al-baqarah because it’s huge! Thank you for the compliments ❤️ I’m glad you find benefit

Oh man. I was rather frustrated just now trying to follow along. I have two Qur'an (s) in front of me here. One with English translation from Mualana Muhammad Ali, and I have The Study Quran, by Seyyed Hossein Nasr. Neither of my copies (of the English translation) matched what you said or what was displayed on screen!! I'm in the middle of learning to read Arabic iA so I will not have this frustration much longer. But absolutely loved the video!! ❤️

As-salamu alaykum dear Samatha, Thank you for this video. I really didn't had any idea for how I had to study the Quran (or an interpretation), but now it seems a lot easier then I imagined. BarakAllahu fiek♥ I really hope you will make more of this videos because it makes it easier to study the Quran and then we can reflect what we thought of the verses etc. => I have an idea: if you would make your next "how to study the quran" video, that you would give us at the end of the video (2nd video) the next surah which you wil deal with in the next (so then the 3rd) video. [Sorry for the bad language, I don't want to give the Quran or anything an bad name/speak ill of it but I don't know the good words in English]

thanks for the video, I really enjoyed it and benefited from it 😍. As a side note, Ayat is a plural and the singular is Aaya (or Aya), so with the exception of the first time you said it, the rest should be Aaya not Ayat 😅 I know I might sound picky, but as a native speaker it does distract me a little 😅
