They are made for each other. I see their blog when I wake up and when I sleep. They make me happy every day. I am going through tough time alone in Australia but when I see them I feel they are my family. I love unconditionally both. Working for 45 mins a day is fine. More than that could be a little tricky to one's health. Because you go for a walk as well, it might take a toll on your health. Nothing in excess is ever good. We have recent examples of people who kicked the bucket because they over-did it.
