Man Adam, I’ve been watching your videos for a long time, I stayed up and waited for you to post a video so I could go ahead and reach out to you and hopefully see it. I’ve been in this industry for about three years. I want to go ahead and share some insight that I have but also get some information from you. One on one. It would be great to connect. Also noticed that you do wake up at 5:00am ! Big eye-opener something I’m gonna start doing is trying to join that 4 AM club wake up at 4:30 if not, 4:45am somewhere in the 4 AM range. But I’d love to go ahead and connect !! The work you do is amazing. The content you create is extraordinary.

It is called the Ben Franklin close, he would list pros and cons on his decision making, i always did the 1st con for customers, Money, then have them list the rest, great for analytical people.

Address the issue at it's heart, you are an expert, you work with insurance every day, speak to that fact. Point the ones that aren't being properly addressed by their carrier to other carrier options, your responsibility as their contractor of choice is educating them on their options even past the point where it directly benefits you in this process. Now that addresses future instances, obviously the current carrier you take what you can get, or if there's absolutely nothing that can be done through the insurance process go through finance and steer them to a carrier that isn't denying their claims left and right. (I'm looking at you StateFarm and Allstate) Additionally, don't make it a discussion on a logical level, for them it should be about emotion while you handle the logistics, go and fight for them to the best of your ability, I have signed customers not because we had the best price (it's always a race to the bottom with chucks trying to snake deals at the last minute) but because I earned my customers trust by going above and beyond trying to find solutions to the problems they are facing. Hard work and expertise build trust, your property is an expensive investment but think of it from a doctor perspective, you don't pick the doctor that offers to perform your surgery based on cost, you do it based on RESULTS and EXPERTISE. Know your criteria, fight tooth and nail to help them, that's all you can hold yourself to and it will lock in many customers with you based off that trust you've built.
