I truly have such a calling in my heart to connect with others of all ages and help to build an understanding of the importance of our relationships with ourselves and what to do to connect with yourself and others. Im excited to work on my physical self this year! Not just exercise, but also to practice self love and trying new things with my looks! First thing I did was cut my hair in a bob, get botox, and new ear piercings. These things make me happy an dim glad I ignored the stigma against them. Love your channel, would love to see what you do for yourself that practices self love for the physical self outside of just exercise!
