DISCLAIMER 2023:
I'm seriouslt not sure if I actually use the ankle technique properly in this video because right now I am strugglin with "finding" these speeds! Thanks for watching :)
Ankle Technique Practice at 160 bpm for 5 minutes. These kind of exercises is what I do to master the ankle technique. Also played 150 bpm for 20 minutes before.
It works, just keep at it :)
Cheers
Sam

I am struggling with that as well, and had been doing that for 3.5 years now. Today I am touching 220 bpm for a few seconds, but if I have had control in my left foot/ankle I would have been masteing at least 240 bpm. My left foot is always twitching uncontrollable. I always try to find a sweet spot and a comfortable angle. But it seems like it lives it own life disconnected from some vital muscles. Please let me know if you still have the problem. I maybe have some good advices for you.

Hey! Good job! I've been trying to figure this one out by myself and It's still so frustrating. Maybe I'm just not patient enough, any information or tips are welcome :) P.S Du kanske är svensk? Cheers, Sam

Thanks, Emil! This was more than 1 year ago but I'm pretty sure I'm using a medium/high tension as I do today. Cheers, Sam
