Проверь что в момент срабатывания сцепления ремень стоит на максимальном диаметре на заднем шкиве. Возможно тебе так же нужна более жесткая пружина заднего шкива или более легкие ролики

Да руки очень сильно надо беречь, я тоже любил мототехнику покупать и восстанавливать но месяц назад случайно перерезал указательный палец и сухожилия в нем, хирург сшил все но палец на 30% работает и в согнутом положении (не розгибается), и теперь врятли я буду так ловко чинить что либо, очень жалею что взял этот чертов нож в тот день.

@@Lard-st5ji офигеть, очень жаль что так вышло. Сам как то раз порезал большой палец на руке, мне походу повезло что я не перерезал связки, теперь на пальце красуется не маленький шрам.

@@chayniksfunkcieyjopa Да тебе повезло, потому что сухожилия в пальцах сложная штука и они не сростаються без операции еще и потом реабилитация долгая, у меня пока 1 месяц может за пару месяцев восстановлю палец розминками, но это все фигня, самое главное это деньги потому что мне в госс больнице на операцию и всякую мелочь для ухода за пальцем после операции ушло больше 200$(для меня это немаленькая сумма), а в норм клинике бы ушло в разы больше, но были бы деньги на норм хирурга и массажиста то восстановил бы палец 100%. Короче могу посоветовать ничего острого в руки не брать, а если брать то в перчатках или зарабатывать много чтобы лечили професионалы)

Since the springs are hooked to the plate, and the plate is hooked to the shaft, you will loose some tension, in result loose some rpms Hence the original setup the spring pulling the pads into each others

When you are putting tight springs in again use a old brake cable in a loop and a piece of wood so it will look like a large U shape each end of wire going to the wood or metal with a nut and bolt the same thing that's on a push bike to lock the cable then use every time you need it hope this helps you great videos when you Reply can you do it in English thanks 😊

PS use nut and bolt through the middle of clutch to hold it down put it in your vice so you have 2 Hands 🙌 to help you 😊😮😅😊

Just you need a drive belt more thinner as honda-bando 23100-GG2 for get better results in medium- top speed and get more rpm when started, also change try to changes the big torque spring yellow for a lower rpm spring, a weaker spring as 1000rpm, in medium and high speed with the yellow one scoot runs forced with the clutch, if you try one more weaker scooter will run more free in medium and high speed.

Ps i was watching the one where you made a full Exhaust it was very good would it not be better to get a old one cut up in sections then flatten them out use them for templates rolling them on the bench bar tac them together then fully weld up less dangerous

Can you not put a 62mm piston in it you might need to get Aliminum welding rods of ebay or amazon then drill retap threads but if you have enough space see what the distances for bigger???? apparently the Aliminum rods work well and there cheap??

У меня есть свой печальный опыт. Когда-то купив скутер и еще не знав всей матчасти мне показалось что эти резинки демпферы задерживают сжатие колодок при сбросе газа.Я их убрал и стало вроде получше но через пару тысяч километров я выбросил колодки,потому как у них сильно разбило отверстия которыми они садятся на пальцы платы сцепления! Вот так вот. Соответственно на сток сцеплении без резинок нельзя! Кстати я тоже обратил внимание что на этом тюнингованном сцеплении нет резинок.

Hey, have been watching you for a while now and you inspired me to customize my bike 😁. I have a small question for you. If you increase the size of the piston you have to give more air on the air screw on the carburetor? Hope you are ok, keep doing your best 👍🏻

if you increase your piston size you will need to change the jet that is inside the carburetor, he shows it while fixing the carburetor in the video before this one. Also, make sure to stay within safe limits, read up on what size piston your stock engine can handle, or your crankcase might have a big hole in it.

@@Samodel там оба варианта возможны. Разница в жесткости пружин (можно менять не пружины, а положение). Сами не перескакивают, проверял)))
