Rebuilding cylinder and piston after overheating, replacing carburetor seat and shutoff needle, adjusting fuel level, replacing main fuel jets in Dellorto 28 PHBH carburetor.
Engine Honda Dio AF18E :
54mm piston
Crankshaft stroke 52,6mm

When you set the float level you want to tilt the carb so that you don't compress the float needle spring, otherwise you can run the bike too lean or too rich because adjustments are now way out of spec. Happened to me once, and an old mechanic taught me the difference.

На поршне,рекомендую,сделать по паре отверстий Ф2мм,в местах ,которые находятся как раз в местах прихватов.Если ориентироваться по цилиндру,,то они должны располагатся в районе перемычек между краями выпускного и продувочных окон,и так же само-между пятым продувочным и боковыми продувочными.Это даст больше смазки в проблемные места.Так же на поршне,в месте прихватов,делатся надфилем Х-образные насечки,для задержки смазки.

We missed your videos brother! The type of seizure you suffered is caused by temperature shock, it can be identified by the equally spaced marks on piston. Your aluminium piston expands much faster than the cast iron cylinder head. You will need to install a temperature gauge and monitor, especially when wide open throttle! Good luck

for me there was a lack of 2t oil, the rebuilt engine recommends 70 ml of 2t oil per liter, until it softens, then you can return to the normal 50 ml. like ^^

You need more oil in premix petrol. 2 stroke piston jamming is usually happens due to overheating.

I use acetone and to solve the problems I had to understand the carburetor, it causes problems in the float valve needle. There is rubber that decomposes and clogs the valve, which means that no gasoline or acetone gets into the engine. I have this valve needle up to the half exactly shortened and small sprayed only the right PTFE spritt filter from Bosch is missing then everything is no longer a problem ;) if I have to, I use the one for trucks - a damn huge part but worth it for an immense eternity

Попробуй дисульфид молибдена втереть в гильзу, или обкатать с ним на холодную, он создаст защитную пленку и по идее не будет задирать. Мелкодисперсный в банках продавался, грамм по 200, я раньше использовал, при сборке моторов. Хонинговка, на сотку-полтары увеличит зазор, будет полезно, для нагруженного движка. Насмотрелся видео твоих, купил себе тоже скутер, 4т, 50 кубиков, Сузуки Аддрис😁.

Finally a new Video. The cylinder itself is not the problem, i think the piston is bad quality. It expand too much. An i think it will be better you make an spacer for your cylinder Base instead of the head. It seems like that was the issue from a piston tipper, too.

La junta que le pones arriva en la culada debes ponerla debajo el cilindro en aluminio… arriva solo asegura que el pistón no salga y tampoco esté más de un milímetro retirado en el punto superior. Luego ármala sin juntas arriva solo silicone y sentirás la diferencia

Самодел, важный вопрос, вот ты под конец видео качал скутер вправо в лево, обороты не менялись это хорошо, вот у менч при наклоне влево начинают повышаться обороты,а при наклоне вправо он глохнет, из-за чего это? Неправильный уровень поплавка или что? Помогите,спасибо

Il pistone deve stare sempre in linea al cilindro quando l’albero motore è tutto su, MAI scavare la testata per compensare ciò (minuto 7:03) Ti basta mettere delle guarnizioni sotto al clindro di diverso spessore o una base di alluminio sotto, altrimenti il pistone fa danni alla testata e ti succederà di nuovo

How did taking material from both walls help your situation? Your piston didnt rub the wall and take material from it... and it didn't give your wall any either.. so how did you sanding and filing it help the combustion?

😊salut Samo ! Bien vu le reglage de la hauteur du flotteur ( niveau de cuve du carburateur) c'est très important ! As tu vérifié lors du montage de ton piston que tu as " sauvé " le jeu à la coupe, tu dois avoir minimum 0.2 mm/ 0.25 pour un piston à 2 segments et 0.15/ 0.20mm pour un piston mono segment. C'est très important de le vérifier pour ne pas bloquer le moteur lorsque le moteur chauffe 😉✌

+ le cc est haut plus la coupe au segment doit être en equation ;) moi sur des moteur 80cc mono je suis déja au 0.20 à 0.25 donc lui diametre 54 ces + 0.30mm ;)

это норма. Китай колено с такой шейкой проедет тыщ 30 еще минимум. Ставил на 250 мотор китайский колено после голодания и втыка с люфтом пальца и задирами вгш( от предхоза), спустя 5 тыс тайги и прочих дорожных условий - застучал. Думал пора менять, купил новое. А дело оказалось в сломанной внутренней пружине клапана. А палцу и шатуну хоть бы что, ни звуков посторонних ни видимого износа.
