Nice video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Schallingora Information Investigation Scheme (do a search on google)? It is a good exclusive guide for learning what you need to say to get hired in a job interview minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend at last got cool results with it.

Hi Jagannath, English is not a great language, you will learn easily in 3-4month ... Below are 4 tips: 1-Read: English Newspaper, Magazine,etc. 2-Watch: English Movie with Subtitle, Video etc. 3-Listen: English Podcast, Music etc.. 4-Speak-Noone is perfect so, don't think too much simply speak what is coming to ur mouth. Below are few tricks: 1. Speak urself infront of mirror. 2. Speak in your mobile camera & record and enjoy. 3. Join Toastmaster Club. 4. Few English Speaking app also available which you can use. 5. Best way: speak with kids or some local with whom you will not feel odd. Just enjoy in ur way, u can succeed.

The only mistake here is that, how a mechanical engineer can utilise his computer skill for the company. I think company will need software engineer instead of mechanical engineer for the current designation.
