Brother man brother man all these cellphone are about the same nowadays with apps... Camera is what's up.. But only the expensive cellphone have great cameras.... Thinking about getting a 50 dollar cell with a dope endoscope camera..or a add on camera lens. My Samsung j3 orbit does everything & I paid 49.99... The j3 camera is not that good but better then a lot..better them moto e... I just ordered Samsung a20 for 99 with 1500 minutes, 1500 text,1500 mb which is nothing..but all last for a year. Makes a great throw away cell..time to see how much aluminum will hide your cell from being tracked from towers signals...just taking the battery out doesn't hide you..... Ok bro have a great year... 4-13-21

Just an addition, phones are meant to be turned off, they should be restarted once a week to clear cache and keep it working quickly as long as possible.

I would have mentioned the micro SD slot, as this is where users should be saving their photos and videos, as well this is where I save my contacts, first phone memory, than create VCF file. I guess I need a video for I phones for dummies including instructions for the Samsung Galaxy A20. I am 70 years and have never had a cell phone that had apps or that connected to the internet or wifi or even had texting. In short I need instructions that give you instructions you need previous to these. If I understood even 1/2 of what you are talking about or where you are going with it, I could probably learn allot from this video. But I don't ... sorry.

This was so Excellent and Helpful. i dont have the A20, I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus and I have never had a Samsung before. Iphone user since 2003 and I didnt even know how to make a phone call or send a text message on this. Didnt understand the screens or the functions. This is a work phone :-) and I was so lost. Thank you so much. Can you show how to change the apps on the front page. Like on an iphone can i move apps to the front screen that may be sitting on the back screen. Thank you again for Samsung Dummies this was a Terrific User Friendly Video to learn. I have watched it twice as a tutorial. I seriously couldnt even answer the phone when it rang.

Very helpful video iv set up my new a20 think I have all set up but here's my 1st issue,Google's apps 5 or 6 of them will not let me update them unless I'm using wifi I don't have wifi I solo rely on mobile data network why does this impose that if I don't have wifi I cannot update these app? How do I answer a call if I am looking at something on the phone. A small screen drops down at the top and I am pressing on the green phone icon to answer it, but it doesn't pick up and I miss the call.

How do you gert the phone to respond when you get an incoming call. Directions just say to swipe the green button but I don't get any response no matter how I swipe it. Then I have to call the caller back.

I sure thank you for your gentle instruction on the basics of this phone, it was very helpful. I do have one question,though: I understood your instructions on how to send a text message... but MOST of the time I do not remember the phone number of the person I want to send a message to. Is there a route in the text message program that allows you to go to the contacts and choose who you want? I'm still searching for that answer. I can't get as far as starting to follow this because I have no clue which settings to select when setting the phone up in the first place How do I get my number ? Which network do I select ? Which wi-fi do I select ? Wireless ? Cable and USB connector ? Non of this means anything to me ... it's all gibberish Do you have a fix for that ?

@@robc.5745 It is very good so far....I just brought it Wednesday so I can't say that I'm fully recommended but I heard is a very useful durable phone.... I wanted the A50 or 51 but Boost it's not selling it yet... The processor in the phone is really fast and the screen amazing!!!!

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel. Swipe to the left, and then touch the Night mode icon. The icon will glow blue when Night mode is on.

I see on your Samsung Galaxy A20 you have your messages app telling you if you have a message. I think I may have turned that off. But now I don't remember how to turn it on.
