Factory reset doesn't wipe out all your data, if you use CNET you can recover files even photos.

Is the first factory reset option usually that quick? Or was it just because there wasn't very much on your phone? I sent in a trade in device with Tmobile yesterday, and put it in the box as it was factory resetting. Now I realize my phone only had 10 or 15% battery when I did the reset so idk if it finished. Meaning I may have disqualified myself from my deal lol

Does data thru apps delete as soon as u delete that app or all the data will be saved to system then that's the only way to clear it

Only system data will be deleted. If you have data / account on 3rd party apps save, it will be there on the app when you download it again on another device.

Before my s10 shuts down for factory reset it sends and email to me confirming its me. Then I press confirm and it takes me to another pages that leads to nowhere..

Your phone number is attached to the SIM card so when you take out the SIM card, the number is removed from the phone.
