make sure to do it before you put the screen protector on as multiple people have been having problems registering their finger print after the screen protector was put on

Wrong, it wasn't working anymore, since the fingers were registered without screen protector, I had to register my fingers again after putting on the screen protector to make it work again.

@Vanessa Walker if you still want to use a screen protector, get the Spigen Ez fit. That's the one I'm using right now.

It's the worst feature that doesn't make you to use your electronic cards to pay which is big disappointed compared to iPhone which they make it easier to use a simple password I am not sure if there is any way to avoid this stupid fingerprint

I use a note 10 plus and i use a screen protector and with the screen protector i just tap on the sensor and it unlocks

I wish I saw these comments, brfore I ordered the s23 😢. The fingerprint is useless 😢. My Op9 fingerprint is so much better 👏

I'm sorry to have to say this, but the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is nowhere near as good as you say. There are are various basic functions mine can't perform. And this is my second new phone. I sent the first one back, and guess what this one is exactly the same. Fat lot of good having a fancy camera and various other fancy functions if ir can't perform basics. At this price point this device is a disgrace. I'm in the process of sending this device back as well. But what's the point of a replacement if its going to be exactly the same as this, and the previous device. Samsung are a joke in so many ways, its ridiculous.
