Exynos is trash, tensor aka exynos is trash. Tbh on the free market exynos models tend to be cheaper which clearly shows that its basically two different phones. Samsung needs to stop this garbage.

Exynos isn't, tensor is rubbish compared to Exynos but that's another matter of discussion, point is that the modem is causing the Exynos being less efficient.

@@leandroaraujo3364For real, also adding that making a modem isn't EASY, take for example at Apple when they tried to make their own cellular modem, at the end the project was cancelled since it was very difficult for them to development for themselves, mostly due to the costs and the lack of experience, that's why they returned to Qualcomm, I hope Samsung addresses that modem issues.

I think it's exynos 2200 in better energy efficiency and also because it's an old S22 and the battery is less healthy and I also think the cooling in exynos 2200 is better because the S22 does not have strong cooling to reduce heat. The EA was in strong cooling in exynos 2200 was better in heat and I have S23fe exynos 2200 less heat because of the cooling in it is stronger works to reduce the temperature and also the battery consumption is low exynos 2400 improved than exynos 2200 in battery 13% If they used a newer modem for the processor,

The Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset is cooler and more energy efficient than all the Exynos chipsets. Which is exactly what anyone who owned phones with both chipsets expected!

if you've tried both, both are equal in efficiency until you try them on mobile data, especially on 5G, the modem is sucking here battery.

It's both a bad processor and a bad modem, so this is actually the worst scenario test for exynos, but it is accurate.

Is this test comparable to the one with S24 VS iPhone 15 and pixel 8. If so... How the heck is it possible for the S24+ to perform so much worse compared to the S24 base?! Sure it has hight screen resolution but also a 900 mha bigger bratty. So confused about you results.

@hughw2377 I am not defending here. Look at the numbers the battery drain differences and the temperature differences too. You can notice there is an improvement, not saying that they made any sort of competition with Qualcomm yet but they are on the right track, this using logic and brain

S24 and S24+ in Europe are already using Exynos 5400 modem. According to Android Authority (quote): "A Samsung Semiconductor spokesperson confirmed to us that the Exynos 5400 IP was used in the Exynos Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus, which sport the Exynos 2400 processor."
