This works for WearOS Samsung Health 6.26.0.051 and above with Phone Samsung Health 6.26.1.011 and above...

*** Written Guide for anyone who needs it:
* What is SetFeatures?
SetFeatures is something Samsung uses for development, testing, and enabling or disabling things; it does not affect your account or your device CSC...
* Enabling SetFeatures *
It is quite easy to do that by using the companion, one tap creates a folder with a blank file, and restarts Samsung Health, afterwards, you just need to tap the version and you'll see it...
* What to change?*
You will expand common, change the csc to US, then tap back; Samsung Health will ask you to force stop and clear cache (DO NOT CLEAR DATA); this will apply the new settings on Samsung Health. You should see some policy updates, proceed however you like, and the Medications tab should be enabled...

ive just enabled it. I have galaxy s23ultra so i didnt need mod now but this feature is amazing because i take meds every evening.

Worked like a charm, thank you very very much. I do have one issue though i am not geting the reminders/notifications on my watch. Only on my phone anyway to maybe fix this

A lot of users are facing same issues, medications visible but unstable notifications... Medications is still in early stages, so it will have bugs, and after several releases and Samsung pushing to countries other than US, we will see it functioning better

In my case version no is 63,there is no option for setting features ... only terms and conditions and open source licences.

In the video description, and I will be adding all subtitles today, usually KZfaq doesn't generate captions immediately after upload and takes a day...

it did work until this morning, until first medication reminder.. still works on a phone but tile on my watch5 pro gone even if i try to add medications tile its not there anymore any suggestions?

I did this but when addding any medication it crashes and it doesnt get added, version 63

ciao ho abilitato la feature e impostato i farmaci nell'app health del telefono (Poco F3) ma nel watch non c'è traccia... mi sono perso qualcosa ? ho installato la mod sul telefono ed avevo già installato le tue mod di samsung healt monitor sia su telefono che watch . ce n'è un altra da installare ?

обязательно сообщите, что есть ошибка, которая работает только на устройствах Samsung, компании, не принадлежащие Samsung, должны сообщить об этой проблеме, Samsung выпустила это в США для всех устройств, поэтому, когда они сообщают, достаточно сказать, что у них есть эта функция, но она дает сбой , чем больше сообщений о сбоях, тем больше вероятность того, что обновление будет выпущено раньше.

sorry, you weren't specific and the video title Samsung Health, so I assumed you are asking about that... I don't have the code published anywhere, but you can decompile and reverse it to explore it, and you can also read about every permission used and why, everything in this app, I made it as transparent as possible because I believe users must know how things work and why implemented...
