The top speakers are not acoustic beam, they are up firing. The woofer is 6.5 not 5.5.

Hi! I have an samsung q800a en subwoofer . the 5.1 in adaptive mode (the center sound is low, sometimes ok), after 1 year dont work, just in 2.1. i tried the reset, and the firmware is 1011 ok. subwoofer is ok, just the center speaker is the problem (im in Europe) please help me (i dont have warranty)

Hi I own this soundbar and have mounted this on wall under TV, do you know if the upward firing speakers fire at an angle towards the listener? As apposed to firing straight up? Thanks

Hi thanks for the video .. may I ask how durable or secure is the digital audio port? I inserted the cable without taking off the plastic cover and tried to push in few times .. by doing that, will I losen the port? Thanks

How did you take it apart? I have the samsung harmon/kardon soundvar but i can’t take it apart. I took off all the screws…can you make a video. Thank you in advance.

It's not that easy. You have to be very careful. But to open it it's just a few screws away.

Hi... Any idea how is the audio output distribution among the speakers of the bar ? The spec sheet says it's 30 watts x 6 plus 10 watts x 2.. So is the up firing acoustic beam speaker 10 watt each ? Pls guide

I have heard no noise, but you can adjust the level of the base.

Brother i have recently bought q600b just played some music far about 10 minutes and then its gone the sound bar stopped working it is not powering up after switching it on its brand new bought on August 9 th 2023 can you please guess what might be the problem and how to resolve the issue

No, you will have better Dolby Atmos, than the soundbar alone.

q700b is the best value IMHO. Under $400 and it sounds great. Bass is fine.

Both are extremely good. If you have a Samsung TV pick the Samsung soundbar, if not LG is fine.

Let's find out why it doesn't connect with tv+soundbar hdmi. Tried everything from full reset, unplugging cables, power and hdmi and all settings.

Go to D.In function of your soundbar. After that go to Tv settings - sound - make output “tv + soundbar”

Quick question, i realised the Q600A model only has ARC port. Does this mean that it can’t actually play dolby atmos information? Because it is said that ports that are ARC,have only 1-3mbps bandwith (automatically will switch to dolby digital) therefore only eARC can play TRUE HD(dolby atmos) information. Abit confused here. HELP 🥲

@@hxosplus Do you mean you must use the single HDMI input to the soundbar to connect with the audio out from a device that is producing Atmos or DTS:X? With eARC can you connect multiple such devices to your TV and enjoy Atmos and DTS:X from your soundbar connected to the TV through eARC? If that is correct, it seems a good reason to buy the q700a and higher models instead of the q600a.
