Love these videos. I always pick up something very useful that you most likely won't learn from the manufacturer. I knew about the space bar to navigate the text but did not know about highlighting text using the space bar. Amazing, thanks!

Thanks for providing the "hidden" features information. Long ago I settled on a different third party app - Classic Big Keyboard - for its many customizations. If I were worried about security the connection to Samasung Pass sounds interesting. The "fast" link to KZfaq & other information source might save some time but I wouldn't use it that much. Should Samsung make my choice of third party keyboard non-functional, atleast now I'll be able to improve the "stock version" of Samsung's offering.

Great tips. I use Swiftkey myself as it handles multilingual typing better. I don't need to remember to choose the other language as I type . Swiftkey guesses if I type in one language when I forget to swap to the language I want to write in. Samsung kb is really very good, not knocking it but personally not for me, Swiftkey is king of multilingual

Some great tips. My fingers are quite big and I am constantly having to correct my texts. I keep catching the full stop instead of space. I think swipe typing might be the way to go. Great video.

I found Microsoft SwiftKey very basic. Keys cafe makes the keyboard ultimate. You can add quick phrases too.

If you are a A series user like myself, you'll not find it on Galaxy Store. Samsung asides some bewildering features (like good lock) for their premium handsets(S series and note series). In that case, you can try Nice Lock, a free GoodLock alternative developed by developers from XDA Developers(it means, you can trust it). forum.xda-developers.com/t/app-v2-8-20-03-nicelock-good-lock-2020-launcher-w-update-notifications.3908648/

@@ShahShajedurRahman I use good lock on my a20. The only reason as to why U guys can't find it, is because good lock is only in selected regions. It doesn't matter about the phone. Nice lock and fine lock are good alternatives

I use 'SwiftKey' too because it allows me to customise the toolbar and resized larger than the Samsung Keyboard, also it allows customised backgrounds from my gallery unlike the Samsung keyboard.

You can download "NiceLock" its app work as a launcher for the modules (same as Goodlock) Download it from play store here: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bluehorizonapps.nicelock3 Then you need to download the "Nicelock companion app" Basically its app shows you all available modules to download or update...its bring it from Apkmirror.com You can download it from here: forum.xda-developers.com/t/nicelock-downloader-companion-app-v2-16-manual-download-links-thread.3923844/ (Or you can manually search for the modules you like in apkmirror website) Or you can try Finelock too from here: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=yuh.yuh.finelock But if you don't trust this website (apkmirror) You can search in SamMobile its a good and trusted website i guess Search from here on any samsung's apk you want: www.sammobile.com/apk/ (You still need Nicelock/finelock as launcher) But if you still don't want to install from external links then you need to do this : 1- eject your SIM card from the phone 2- connect to VPN for USA or South Korea 3- long press on "galaxy store" app info storage clear data and force stop 4- open the galaxy store....now you will find the goodlock. Download it and all the modules you want. Then put your SIM card back The Goodlock app will not be available after few minutes. But you still access all the modules through NiceLock and some of modules like keys cafe doesn't need launcher at all

Here is a work-around I use: Install the good lockl apk from apkmirror .com (yes it is a legit site but you can check for yourself with virustotal's online scan). then install the individual apk's of for example that keys cafe and then also install the "nova launcher" (dont chose it as main launcher). Then click on your samsung homescreen and add a new widget. then go to the nova launcher widgets and "add new activity". search for the e.g. keys cafe app and choose the settings one. Then you can use it. It can only be launched that way from what I know...
