This worked for me 100%. Windows 10 install would not go past 25% with 2 errors, 0xC1900101 - 0x20004 and 0xC1900101 - 0x20017. Then it would revert to windows 7. I installed with MediaCreationToolx64 and after it downloaded and updated and then rebooted, when the boot screen showed i went to bios, then powered off and back on and continued the install, then each time it restarted during install, I went to bios and powered off and back on and continued the install. Worked like a charm...

Well i tried your method it was working rarely,i had to reset it many times and let it wait at bios menu for minutes etc,but after removing the wifi card it works like a charm ..(but plz do watch a video on how to remove the backcover on Samsung Q530 ),but yours would have been a better solution had it worked every time...

Excuse me, I have posted in another youtube video. But it's about the same problem. To fix this specific problem you need to remove the Broadcom wifi card. After that Windows 10 boots perfectly on your Samsung laptop. In my case a NP-RV711-S01NL. Of course wifi does not work at that point. But you can use another wifi card, internal (Mini Pci-e Half Hight) or external (usb).

There are so many reasons for this failure code that the code is useless.

Windows 10 on Q330 installed OK, eventually. Only problem I have is the laptop never fully shuts down, doesn't hibernate or sleep either although it will restart OK. Without the charger plugged in the power and wifi LEDs remain lit and the fan keeps spinning. Only way to turn it off is to hold the power button for a few seconds. Have tried disabling 'fastboot' in power options but made no difference, also tried removing the wifi card and the memory modules in turn to see if that was causing it to hang, still hanging. On the off chance someone stumbles on this discussion would like to know if anyone else suffers this.

Try disabling the windows 10 "fast boot" option. I had an HP laptop that hung during a "cold start" but would not hang once restarted. Disabling the windows 10 fast start option fixed it.

Thank you. Yes worked for me on my Samsung RV511 sadly ... But i had lots of problems installing it anyway due to activation screen going in loop or installation freezes and no HDD activity. So i was forced to hold my power button for few sec in order to power it down ( 3 times). And then installation continue and finally got my Win 10 Pro running. But I have to call Microsoft support in order to activate it :( since my Win 8 Pro key wasn't accepted. And now after all this Win works and boot but something is wrong as for example windows button in down-left corner of screen dont work at all. So I got it but something is really doggy about it.

i went with the option of replacing my wifi card with intel ac7260 on my q530. with this vard i have had no boot issues and i got the added benefit of 5ghz ac wlan. this was great as my 250/50 fiber connection would have been capped to 100mb on ethernet or 40-60mb on 2,4ghz N wlan. now i get the max 250/50 connection and i could go even higher, theoretically capping at 800mb.

This trick does not work for Samsung RF510. I try win10 installation every year seeking if there is a way - as this video - but no luck. Shame on Microsoft. Same hardware has no issues with windows 7 and windows 8.1 (why should I cange my Broadcom WiFi adapter - often recomended - when it can work on other windows. Obviously something is mysteriously wrong with Windows 10) This reminds me of Windows Vista days when they could never get driver upgrades right for the longest time migrating from Windows 98.

Or, you could simply remove the wifi card and use a usb wifi dongle
