I request everyone who are facing freezing and rebooting itself issue should complaint on samsung customer care. And ask them replace the phone because it's software issue from samsung side. If even after they are not listening then you should file a case on consumer act online with proofs.

Press and hold the power button. Tap on Power off. The phone will turn off. Once the phone is completely off, press and hold the volume up + power keys at the same time. Keep them pressed until you see the Samsung boot animation logo. A blue screen with a yellow triangle will appear. Wait a few seconds and the phone will go into recovery mode.

I own a M31S, i have been facing this restart issue for over 2 months now. Its the Exynos 9611 fault, Samsung cheated customers using bad quality and shortly after 1 year of purchase the phone starts to do this. There are no solutions to this issue, you can wipe cache partition, Safe boot, hard reset, nothing will work. you could try fixing power IC but even that wont help. Only option left for all those facing this issue is to either SELL THE PHONE or FIX MOTHERBOARD for 7k-9k but that only has a 90 day warranty.

Turn off the Fast charging feature from Battery section in Settings. My phone used to freeze and restart every 5-10mins of usage, now it does once a week. Still better than getting the motherboard replaced. Additionally try installing Microsoft launcher.

Hi, any of these methods did not work for me, but my partner removed the memory card and it's working well now, some apps were installed on the memory card and that was causing the issues, hopefully, this will work for you as well:) let me know in the comments if it worked for you!

Omg... thank you so much.. I got some android update 2 days back and after that my phone kept restarting. Every 20 to 30 seconds.. I tried this solution of removing the memory card and 1of the 2 cim cards and now it's not restarting for the 1st time in the last couple of days.. thank you so so much..

I had faced the same problem from last 2 months.when I went to the service center they told me to change the motherboard. But I didn't do that, rather I just sold the phone and taken new one. M21 has been used by me only for 1 year. Bad experience with M21 👎

Hey, I had a talk with Samsung service center engineer, he told me that it is power ic problem, either a software flash at service center or replacement of motherboard will help, he told me if device is out of warranty and you don't want to get the motherboard replacement, then go to a known mobile repair engineer, he will repair the power ic and phone will work properly He told me that now company is also having problem because the issue has occurred in huge amounts and they are not able to provide free replacement because cost of motherboard is high, its loss of Samsung from all angles

Yes true my m31 stopped working they said to change the motherboard for Rs 8000. I have repaired the power ic now. Never going to buy Samsung products again.

Bhai i did all the things but no change.. then i saw SD card corrupt. I remove that and it seems fine now.

Same problem here. I think it's happening for many samsung models after the latest September update. Especially for the models with Exynos chips. Samsung is yet to officially respond to this 😔

the service centre might ask you to change the motherboard which would cost around 7k-8k. Better just repair it from a local shop and sell it. Samsung products are useless now.

safe mode is for testing so you can off that mode and use your phone in normal state.👍

Bhai, muze ye problem aati hai lekin phone use karte vakt aati hai. Aaj maine mobile jyada use nahi kiya to aaj restart nahi hua. Lekin kal maine use kiya to 2 baar hua.... Vo bhi 32 minutes ke hisab se. Matlab jabhi restart hota hai tabhi 32 min. Hote hai. eg. 12.32. 13.32. 14.32. 10.32. 11.32. Aise time par hota hai.... Maine ye mark kiya hai har bar aisahi hota hai.
