Guys let us all file a consumer complaint on this issue. It's happening in every samsung device. And they ask 6 to 8k for service. Why should we pay so much if there is a bug in their software

Ic paste ya soldering paste CPU thermal cooling paste same hain kya?

I have solved this problem in More than 10 m31s and it is working nicely I charge 550/- only whereas Samsung service center say to change mother board costing 8000/-

This looks fine.. But for a normal user they cannot have all these accessories and the skill to make this repair work.. They can contact the customer service only..

Or mai Samsung CEO mail Kiya tha, but usme ye keh kar dba diya gya ki mere phone ke charger socket pe moisture hai, but Aisa kuchh tha nhi and they denied to take my phone for further process for free of cost. Ye galti company ki poor quality ki hai, humlog customers iska bhugtan kyu pay Karen...

I have the same issue. I went to mobile repairing shop they opened my phone and checked if anything broken then changed battery and told me it's software problem not hardware so i need to change the software, it will clear all my personal data that's really important for me. Please let me know if This will work for my phone too.

I request everyone who are facing freezing and rebooting itself issue should complaint on samsung customer care. And ask them replace the phone because it's software issue from samsung side. If even after they are not listening then you should file a case on consumer act online with proofs.

Bhai kya kamaal ki video banayi hai aapne. I had the same problem with my galaxy m31 phone. Maine bina IC ka metal cover open kiye, chimta garam kar ke uspe laga dia thoda time and fix ho gaya issue. i purchased Samsung mobile 1and hal year back. Now it stopped working..... cost rs.13,000. the service centre personnel asked 6200 for mother board replacement. better not to go for this brand.
