I bought galaxy a50 about a year ago for 20k..on 23 oct my phone got hung while playing KZfaq and after a few seconds it switched off automatically .I went to samsung care, initially they told me that it was a minor software issu but after inspection they told me to replace the mother board for 9000 rs. Now galaxy A50 cost 14k and the cost of service is 9000. Totally lost my mind and I am never gonna buy samsung product in my life. Before galaxy A50 I was using redmi note 3 for around 3 years and got a replacement of rs. 2800in flipkart. Buying samsung was my worst decision ever.

I tried the battery one and phone recovered to normal. But again after one day, it crashed again into booting loop. Then I tried software flashing with latest firmware 04th oct. Now my phone is in same loop. This happened exactly 2 days after warranty (1Yr) :(

If it is under warrenty, plz visit Samsung Care. They will replace the motherboard in free. If it not under warranty, visit the best repair shop in your town, they can repair it. It needs EMMC programming.

@@akashtodkar5188 it's known now that exynos 9611 has some problems. I read it in Google News as well that globally this problem is arising with samsung phones having exynos 9611. I think Most of it has occurred due to some updates corrupting the motherboard. And this is surprising as well that phone stops working almost after a year. The time when mostly the warranty has expired. However now I've purchased m32 helio 35. I'll extend the warranty before it expires.

As you described it's a water damaged, it cannot be repaired by the method I explained in dis video. It is probably a hardware issue. If you don't want to repair in the service center, you can repair it by your local repair shop thiose are very good at CPU & EMMC . Where do you belong to ?

Its time we do something unitedly for our right. My phone was just 10 months old. They said it failed water test so they wont consider under warranty. Some day they say software flashing will solve, someday they say something else and they never try to repair the phone n playing delay tactics. So I took back my phone from them.

I tried wiping the data and it worked for 20 minutes and then again problem repeats but then I tried charging trick it worked for so if u open an application it will work as long as you want by when u open another one it occurs again and I don't have mobile teardown kit so I'm going to the service center hope they don't cost much as they say in the comments

Yes, in case any hardware problem only. If there is software related issue, data will be deleted.

@@RepairTheMobile pls help I was using activity laucher where all hidden settings are there , i accidently click on some factory reset receiver , it shows starting activity and then my phone hang and RESART automatically ,,,,,, and now then it stuck on same logo as shown in video by u pls. help kya karuuu maaaaaa

My mother's phone is poco c3, it also started this auto reboot issue, i called the service centre they said, it is a common issue being found on every handset of all mobiles including mi,poco samsung etc. They give me a solution that you should manually reboot the phone 5 times, then turn of the find device. And the most shocking news is that they said that the airtel app forcing the device to do so,they advised me to immediately uninstall the app. Do you also have this airtel thanks app in your phone?

Rehot RAM at 260C & Air 40 (Quick 8610DW) for 30sec. It will work.

Connect Charger & keep pressing all 3 buttons (power key + Vol up key + Vol down key) till logo disappears. When logo disappears, release all 3 buttons. Now you can see charging symbol. It is done for switching off the phone.

@@RepairTheMobile I tried that and not working.so I took my phone to the near by Samsung store and they gave me a coupon worth the price of this phone, so guys don't worry it's the fault of the model itself the company itself is refunding

i am not able to do hard reset but after soft reset, still it is getting in loop for 5-6 for ne start.. and after using mobile for few min it restart and get into loop.. :(
