Still won't work on mine. Just goes past that logo screen onto a screen that just says Samsung... Then back to home page. Trying everything!

If this doesn't work, you have to plug the charger in!! I was escalated to Samsung Level 2 Tech support and even they couldn't work out how to power down the phone. After 50 or more attempts plugging in the charger made it work!!

Tried it over and over again. Didn't work. Found that if you have the power cable connected and on charge, it works.

Thank you for your comment! Took me a bit of trying but it did work in the end. USB C cable has to be connected to the working notebook.

Hi. Yeah if you not the original owner it might ask you for the verification of the Google account that was on phone before reset

Hello try plug headphones that's gose on charging port it will work as its to do with new software update if you the latest update you might need to plug headphones in the charging port Thanks
