Is this the stock LCD with glass or was this glass replaced before? Because everyone is using the freezer technique, it would not make any sense if this works.

haha, why not make any sense? we also have freezer, and now this mold is also out of stock. did you check some video, that only need another simple mold, and a separator, cutting wire, some card, the result is working well.
