I have the same washing machine which i took new and every time manually i have to off the water tap and then again on it. If it says automatic then it should be able to sense it and water should be on and off automatically right ??

Madam your machine cost only 11000 and in this amount you cannot expect all facility. In my knowledge heavily soiled cloths and if too dirty color of shirts needs to be cleaned manually before washing in machine. And also hot water from out side is not advisable in this machine. Other costly machines are available in Market that may fulfill your desires.

We purchased this model in year 2009. Still it is working fine with no repair till now. Yes I agree sometimes the dirt is not removed. You can't get all the features in 10K like heating etc etc. Getting a fully auto machine is the great deal here. If you use it diligently then there will be no issues.
