Oh wow this was so simple. Thank you so much. I got confused when I open up the top of my machine because the button looked like it was already down. When I pushed down on it it didn’t feel like it moved at all. But I decided to trust the process and I put on a drying cycle and my machine worked the whole way through and didn’t not stop to and give an “HE2” error. However, my clothes did not dry at all. It is not hot inside the machine at all. So I think there might be an actually problem with my heating element 🤷🏾‍♀️

Interesting. That definitely shows how to reset the switch but doesn't explain what causes the problem in the first place. As I understand it the switch is a safety device that trips to prevent the dryer heater from over heating. Resetting it without fixing the problem is not curing the cause only the symptom. Still, incredibly useful to know this bit of the procedure. :)

As some of you already commented here this trick does not fix the root cause of the problem. This pushbutton that was pressed in on this movie is part of the thermostat. There are 2 thermostats installed. The second one is just next to it but it doesn’t have this pushbutton. So in my case, the second thermostat broke and needed to be replaced. Pushing in the button was not enough.

Bezpiecznik grzałki sam z siebie nie wyskakuje. Grzałka się przegrzewa, ponieważ łopatki wentylatora podającego powietrze na grzałkę są zabrudzone zmechaconymi drobinkami z ubrań. Zabrudzony wentylator podaje mniej powietrza na grzałkę niż powinien, przez co grzałka się przegrzewa i bezpiecznik wyskakuje. Samo włączenie bezpiecznika nie rozwiązuje problemu. To wada konstrukcyjna tej pralko-suszarki. Powinien być jakiś filtr dostępny z zewnątrz jak w zwykłych suszarkach, który wyłapie zmechacone resztki z ubrań. Niestety w tym modelu pralko-suszarki problem będzie powracał i trzeba co jakiś czas czyścić wentylator z brudu. W celu rozwiązania tego problemu należy rozpiąć kabel zasilający wentylatora, odkręcić 10 śrub obudowy wentylatora, przeczyścić łopatki wentylatora oraz wewnętrzną obudowę wentylatora, skręcić jak było, podpiąć kabel zasilający wentylator i na końcu wcisnąć bezpiecznik grzałki. There is a good reason why this safety thermostat trips out. You need to investigate the reason why. Usually because the condenser is blocked with fluff. It's dangerous to advise people to keep resetting it and everything will be ok. Probably best to call a professional and pay the higher fee and not the machine catch fire and potentially cause serious injury.

W mojej pralko-suszarce zardzewiał silnik wentylatora o oznaczeniu DL-7806 SSWC. Po wymianie silnika wszystko jest OK

Well i did ...its heating and drying 14 11 20...lets see samsung would ask 300€ to repair....i hipe this solves it. The white pin is not disappear totally but i could move up n down so...keep you updated thx
