Katherine had her first crash ever mountain biking, and luckily wasn't hurt at all! Minus the crash, this was an insanely fun ride for both of us. Sam, a tip for those drops... don’t jump, lean back and do a manual type thing so ur landing will be cleaner. And also when you move onto bigger drops that will be helpful

When doing the skinnies pedal toward a little then backwards a little and keep doing that it’ll make it easier because your weight won’t be shifting side to side so much

@Kid With Internet Access rollers are for gaining speed, they are not meant to be jumped. although if you have enough speed and there's like 2 rollers in a row you can try to double them. aka jump them.

Hey Sam, you are doing pretty good but some advice is take advantage of your suspension and also for jumps you wanna push into the face of the jump and explode straight up with your legs

Way to go Kat you looked pretty good for the first time.Today I had my first two crashes . I went over the handlebars because I hit front wheel first doing a climb and looped out doing a manual and landed flat on my back.But I'm going for it and im 70 so you hang in friend .

Idk how skilled you are at mountain biking but if you are just a basic Seth’s bike hacks viewer you should know that no mtb rider is ready or able to truly enjoy whistler until they have been riding for at least a year minimum probably two or three for most

Tips drop the seat post at all times. Lean back when you do drops, not pulling up or then you'll put to much pressure on the suspension. And when you jump pull as hard as you can and lean back and bend your leg and lift your toes and push on you r heels other than your making really good progression.

i love how they both are learning so much together. hey sam if you are looking to learn some jump mybe check out the channel GMBN. they are really goood in helping begginers how to jump safely and learn trail techniques. if you want to have the added safety then maybe investing i some new pedals woul be a good idea, make sure you do research though.

When you are dropping from the drop (wooden ramp how sam would call it😂) you need to lean a little bit back so your not frontwheel heavy. But good job!

Here's a tip for your GoPro, mount it upside down on the chest mount so the footage of the ride won't point down at your top tube. The reason why your footage looks alright is that you are on flat ground. Also, watch the loam rangers GoPro tutorial on the right settings for your gopro

You are progressing, But i want to give you tips, first of all is that you need to commit or you will crash, Some drops that you need to go fast others are pumping a little bit to get flow and speed, On jumps you need to pump to compress your suspension to get mor time in air and if you’r with 2 wheels where you are in air you need to press the brake a little bit.
