Every time I have to put to bed my year and a half old son, I play this to him and he sleeps fast. The problem with this song is that I fall asleep with him too.

The best way to enjoy a deep meditation is being able to stay awake for 8 hours straight meditating once I have done this for a little more than 8 hours absolutely still even after I stop playing the music I was meditating hours after that I still felt my chakras vibrating at a specific frequency even my third eye I could feel throbbing through my face

Just got into meditating, dealing with the struggles of life, work, stress. I play sports and workout to try and get away but still nothing has worked more than listening to this beautiful music and just having a nice long session of peace. Wish i would had started meditating when i was younger. Funny story is how i came accross it, i was at work when a praying Mantis landed on my ribcage. Curious on what it meant i searched it as i had never seen one before let alone have one land on me. The Mantis is deeply rooted to patience, strength and wisdom among others meditation 🧘‍♂️ i believe it was a sign for me to learn the practice of meditation as i struggle with Patience and anxiety. Ever since i have been meditating for the past month and i thank this beautiful music and that praying mantis for landing on me and helping me find myself through meditation. Everything denotes there is a God! A newly opened apple blossom, a fluttering butterfly, sunlight breaking through dark clouds, the praying mantis, and this incredible music! Heavenly Father synchronizes the universe to guide, teach, and protect us. We just need to be still and recognize He is there. This is how this music makes me feel. I am trying to quit smoking. Trying to quit all bad habits. And trying to quit loving people who dont deserve it.(not romantic love) This music gives me a feeling that I have the ability to let it all go... Its just like you need no effort to do it. Yes, I love both movies so much and listen to both soundtracks all the time (Time is a really good song). The mix of them is just amazing. Now I want to watch the movies again. I feel an inside anger today because I found out that people don't trust me, I know you have to earn people's trust but somehow it still hurts. This sound really helps me to get this anger out of me, thanks
