Well, I asked the dudes over at Skial if I could have - or even buy - a copy of this map, and they said no to both charges, as it's a custom import from CSS that they made work for TF2. The best I can do is guide you to the server we found it on. Sorry. :/

Go on csgo, community server and type zombie escape. Therea loads of servers and this map is played quite a lot. It's not actually a very fair or even map to play but it has great atmosphere.

@@itstheengineer2908 Time and time again TF2C server owners and devs have repeated that 64-player servers are prone to crashing due to Source Engine limitations. ofc having a better computer leads to less issues on the user end, but if the server dies your gaming rig is just gonna sit idle until the owner reboots the server.

I think this is Zombie Escape. Zombie Survival is about a bunch of engineers defending themselves from medic zombies. Zombie escape use ze as map prefix and zombie survival use zs. I don't think they will offer you their maps since they are suffixed with skial to signify that they are skial exclusive Edit : Demoknight humans are just selfish people that just want to outlive the others, their longer range with charges and sole survivor benefits (1 hit melee kill zombies) made them easy to gain a lot of kills at the end

I NEED to see the final siege animated. Just imagine how BADASS it would be! Bullets whizzing passed the attackers and taking them out before slowly overwhelming the defenders, down till the last scene of Sam backing up towards the edge, firing away in a last ditch effort to survive before being tackled off the ledge by a couple of the attackers, still firing his minigun upwards into the attackers who fell with Sam. The camera zooming into Sam's face as the attackers get closer before the ground was met. I can just picture the BADASSERY

oh also I think is map had some trouble in the left 4 dead community do to it hijacking server's and banning people the map "creator" didn't like, although the guy who "created" stole the map, and also added some way you could buy a special overpowered weapon by donating to him . Interesting story, and this video is fascinating to watch, but those two maps (the one in your posted video and the one I showcased) are two different maps. You can tell by the design of the battlements and the introduction sequence in the forest. *Still interesting tho*

The map combined with the gameplay reminds me of that 100 player minecraft minigame called castle siege that was really fun but you could never find a full game

I live for this game mode it’s so fun. They have a bunch of creative maps like Skyrim and the worst but funniest map Santa Assassination. It’s great.

Merlyan I would definitely suggest giving it a try just for the maps Mako_reactor is a great one based off the final fantasy level, their is even a boss at the end that seems like bullshit but it has a major weak point (its head) and it becomes easier after that.

I remember playing on this map some months ago and it was ofc really fun and it _was_ on this server Also the reason they can't give you the map is because it's basically a proprietary sourcemod for the ZS stuff which the map maker/porter (Bottiger) has access to in order to make the maps. There is some documentation on the sourcemod but unfortunately you can't really test your maps without aliasing console commands without putting it on the skial server.

You should do a prank with you and some friends where you all go a-pose heavy and micspam something like vsauce music or EarthBound Sanctuary Garden Theme or Arabic Nokia theme while also spamming the server with philosophical shower thoughts.

That's actually zombie escape, not zombie survival. I used to play on this server a lot, it was way more populated earlier this year, the Helms Deep map is a new addition, though. I'd bet LordM had a part to play in the map's porting to TF2, talking to him might help you buy the map. He does a lot of ZE map work for skial. Also, at 10:13, you had a demoknight because getting hit while having full shield charge gives you uber for a few seconds. Melee also deals a lot of damage (About 600-900 depending on various things), so demoknight is viable if you're smart about it. Demoknight as last alive is particularly viable, as the last person has an additional boost to melee damage, more health, and the knockback from ranged weapons is stripped from them. Also, killing someone as a demoknight refills your charge.

I have an idea: go into a map that has water in like 2fort or ctf well and be engineer, go into the water build a dispenser so you can survive underwater then make an engineer nest

Such a map does exist. Many people have made Helm’s Deep maps before, I just covered this one because I loved how the implemented the soundtrack.
