SIR MY AGE IS RUNNING IN 74 YEARS OF AGE . In 2022 my weight was 73 + kg . NOW it's 63.4 Kgs as on today . Can I restart Yog Asan with I was continuously practicing earlier with Acharya Krishna ji .

There is no such thing like untouchable ,in vedas. The bhagavad gita, which is not vedas, but is 'itihasa' says the segment of society involved in service sector is shudra. Those that do trade of goods are vaishyas, those in defense are kshatiyas and those in teaching profession + lifelong learning are brahmanas. Also it says all these r equal,none greater than the other. There is no ranking specified. Don't confuse with caste that came from Portuguese Casta, which decides caste by birth, and has ranking. The westerners mixed both varna and caste and made a mess.
