Just came back from sanctuary, such an amazing resort, not because of the beach and pools and bars but because of the people working there, I’m trying to make sure I go back 3-4 times a year now. I’m totally in love with Cuba.

If you’ve not been before, Memories Flamenco!!!! Amazing Beach Good pools Easy to get around Close to the airport!!!! Cuba is experiencing shortages!!! And issues!!! Flamenco is a good choice!!!it needs a few repairs but if you can get it for a great deal!!! I think it’s good value for money!!! Also Grand Muthu!!!! Longer drive but good solid resort

Definately not at the Buffet part. After 10 its closed until it reopens for lunch. at 1pm think. They work 12 shifts at the food /Buffet sections, so it wouldn't be fair to the employees.

I loved Caribe, Cayo Coco is always having issues with flys as you know, sometimes good sometimes bad!!! Great beach!!! I like the Resort!!

Can I book a at this resort without an all inclusive airflight? Also what dates were you actually here at this resort? I'm planning to come but a bit nervous as the electrical power has been limited and I might stay in a Casa so the resort will be my alternative.

Watching your videos to get me hyped for our 2nd time at Sactuary..... Almost booked Royalton for round two... Last year had different comments from the people there visiting Sanctuary, would be interested in your thoughts in comparing the two... if it is worth the price difference.

For the Price!!!! My room was ok, The food is typically Cuba!!!! Nothing special But the Beach was fantastic!!!!! If you got a good deal enjoy!!!! The beach is the best part!!!!!

I'm at Sanctuary Grand Memories right now and I'm finding the food to be so absolutely terrible that I've only really eaten fruit - the A La Carte was TERRIBLE. How are you actually enjoying this food? I watched EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the A La Carte restaurant push away their food yesterday.

@stephg8984 You sound like those spoiled Canadians /Americans! Didn't you read up on anything before going or even watching a video? 1. Latin American food tends to be more on the bland side to begin with 2. Hotel food is generally bland. 3. Also no one really goes to budget resorts for the food. 4. Food in Cuba would be similar quality to what you would get in Mexico or Dom Republic. Yes the A La Carte food isnt really that great. Cuba is currently having a lot of problems and shortages due to an embargo by the American government. They cannot easily import anything they want. That said I went last year November after covid and after a hurricane and there were a lot of issues. Yet the food was still decent, and tasted a lot better than what most people said. Some of basic stuff was sometimes missing. There was absolutely no cereal...Who needs cereal when you can get fresh made omelets, home made bread, and pancakes?. Did you realize that the bread is a home made type brad and not Industrial bread that we have here in Canada or U.S? You mean with all that food you cant find anything you like? How much did you pay for your trip?

@@zochbuppet448 I did. I expected bad food, I truly did. Not inedible. I haven't found half of what he's showing, not a hard booked egg in site. There are SIX servers for the resort right now. Half the things are closed. These are things Finding Fish doesn't mention. No mention of the entertainment being closed. And yesterday - we had no running water for 7 hours. I don't think expecting running water in your room to be "spoiled". When we did get water back, we had a sewage backup and a flood in the bungalow. If you think it's "spoiled" to not want to wake up with other people's shit in your toilet, I guess we expect different things from vacation 😂🤣

Odd travel vlog. I don’t quite understand the “Resort” concept. There doesn’t seem to be much Cuban culture or history there…and since there doesn’t seem to be much to do except eat…that is exactly all you do. Look, I already know how to eat and what I see you eat…I can’t taste so, what’s the point of showing heaps of buffet food? You’re a travel vlog? Why don’t you MOVE AND DO SOMETHING?

Although this would entail homework on your part…it might serve your viewership more, no? In a sense, no one can improve your channel if all you accept is praise.

Every time I ask somebody if they had a good time in Cuba, they say no because of the food and the service on the food and drinks? Every time I've gotten the Cuba, I've had loads of food and loads of drink. Mind you, I'm not a big drinker but I am a entrepreneur of food, so I really don't understand these people that are coming back to Canada saying that there's no food in the house.
