When I scrolled down I was expecting a lot of people to comment on how many times Bread said "right" I lost count at 187 because I am in awe of the amazing work these developers have accomplished. I haven't been excited for a game since Halo 3, however the idea of this game is restoring my faith in the industry for I have thought for many years that the majority of new titles are soulless. I haven't had faith in a game developer studio in many years, but my faith is now with you.

Can't wait to get this bad boy. Been practicing on BAR in anticipitation for Sanctuary shattered sun. Love the designs here a lot also in the world. A freaking Dyson sphere is just a brilliant setting. Can't wait to see what this RTS has in store.

For the King of the Hill idea, what you could do to prevent one person just continually dominating is have their economy shut down while they are on the 'hill'. I.e. you can only gain score while you control the hill, but it stops your mass income. Your score increases by base + faster the more 'mass' you are offering up. You could lore wise explain it as 'Taking control of a Dyson sphere control system and funneling mass into it to repair or modify the Dyson sphere'. Add in hostile to everyone attack waves against the hill to prevent people just stealing score during low player count periods, and you ensure that the king is always taking attrition that they cannot just out eco.

It is a really bad idea because it basicaly makes it useless to try and win through hill domination - if your eco is shut down during it, enemy just gets a superior army and destroys you. Holding the hill is basicaly just second win option - making to get it harder would make it an unappealing option that would be ignored.

I think allowing the player to decide how much of their mass production gets allocated to the "hill", might be smarter. If they don't spend any mass on the upkeep of the "hill", they score no points. You could have a direct mass to points conversion. More mass = more points.

We would love to have replay system in the future, but we haven't started on design of it yet. Just not the priority atm.
