Wondering whether you use sand play or sand tray? Is there a difference? Does it matter?
Using sand, sand tray, and miniatures therapeutically in the treatment process has a long history in the mental health field. So, does it matter whether you say sand tray therapy or sand play therapy?

My daughter plays with the sand tray in her play therapy, I noticed she always burys things...why does she do that?
