In India, in all families there is lack of communication ..I Am 75 yrs old lady and have observed a lot in my whole life .. Big gap of meaningful conversation..one of the reasons is people live in stress all the time.. And I found there no solution for it. If you are right don't agree and politely ask other person to understand your perspective if you are wrong then accept it and do the needful. 3). Communication is about using right specific word. 4). Better Communication needs confidence inside you. 5). Don't shy for anything in communication.. Absolutely, same here. I too being 11th had many discussions with friends on sandeep sir's session. They also helped me to become a better leader, being a prefect. Overall i can now see we all are becoming a better person...
