I’ve purchased this twice. The first one stop reading or working on my phone after a few days of using it. Returned it for a new one., again stopped working after using it 3x’s. Love the concept but I think it’s expensive item for poor quality.

I had a couple questions. 1 is SanDisk able to see the pictures that I have saved onto the device and. 2 I noticed that I can use it without Wi-Fi on my iPhone X but on my old iPad I have to have Wi-Fi active to actually see the pictures that I’ve transferred from my iPhone just wondering if anybody else had this issue. 3 I’ve also noticed that if I have transferred photos from a device and I put them in a separate file and I view that file on a different device the file says there’s zero content but if you click on the file all of the content is there I believe this to be a bug but I was wondering if anybody else had an issue. 4 and lastly I noticed when I was transferring photos when I would go through the files on SanDisk to view them I would have a couple corrupted pictures I was wondering if anybody else had this issue I will say don’t let that shy away from picking up this device because I believe the pictures to already be corrupted on my phone The amount that was actually corrupted was very few and on top of that I was already having issues with my phone and needing to do a factory reset I started transferring all of my content onto the device My recommendation is to Transfer the photos onto the device then The device will prompt you to delete the photos delete them then go to your deleted file to check all the photos that you have and then go to the device and check all the photos to make sure that they are there and if they are permanently delete them out of your recently deleted

I am downloading 2,349 photos onto the Sandisk iXpand Flash Drive Go. It has already taken seven and one half hours and all it shows me is box with a circle go around. Cancel is at the bottom but it won’t let me. Can you help?

If I download the lphone pictures on a windows computer, does the pictures remember the original time and date or the date changes with the date I download them? It happened before with other method of backup on Windows.

You can setup the Sandisk Connect Wireless EOL flash drive as a Plex like Web Server. Accessing its videos/audio file links on a Public website which are shareable by anyone on the same wifi. Can anything similar be done with this version? I just posted how I used the Sandisk Connect Wireless.

The create new folder is missing on my Sandisk ixpand disc. What do I have to do to get it back. Thanks, Elaine
