This easy, delicious and chilled beverage made with cocoa powder is too good to be missed.
COLD COCO
Ingredients
2/3 cup cocoa powder
4 tbsps cornflour
7 + 2/3 cups milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup chopped dark chocolate
4 chocolate sticks
Method
1. Take cornflour in a bowl. Add 1 cup milk and whisk well. Set aside.
2. Take cocoa powder in a bowl. Add 2/3 cup milk and whisk well.
3. Transfer remaining milk in a deep nonstick pan and allow to boil.
4. Reduce the heat and add cocoa powder mixture and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add cornflour mixture and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes or till the mixture thickens slightly.
6. Add sugar, chocolate and cook till sugar and chocolate melts. Strain in a bowl.
7. Allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
8. Transfer into 4 individual glasses, garnish with chocolate sticks and serve chilled
