He comes across as a nice guy and I like the fact the sharks give people an opportunity. Mike grier and now Ryan. I am really looking forward to the sharks future. Best of luck Ryan

Was not a fan of Quinn . He seemed like a jerk . I'm happy Ryan is the new Head Coach . He seems like a likable guy .

I don't care how nice everyone is. Just win the Cup! The Sharks have to learn to battle and take no prisoners. The Sharks should have won the Cup in 2006. Instead, Edmonton beat them up! Its the toughest throphy in sports to win. Lets Go Sharks!

Nah. The Carolina Hurricanes still wins the 2006 Stanley Cup.

I feel bad for Warsofsky. Not only does he have to work for an incompetent GM but the players he has to work with, thanks to the worst GM in the league, are collectively the worst in the NHL. What will be considered success for the hapless Sharks? Winning 15 games and maybe getting to 40 points? Grier is a laughing stock.

What has Grier done that's been so bad?
@davidbarnett8617Ай бұрын
@@mikebuijze129 For starters, trading not one but two Norris trophy winners. Then losing Meier, Hertl, and other 20+ goal scorers . Some have opened he tried intentionally to lose to have a chance at a number one pick. Anyone who intentionally loses is simply a loser

@@davidbarnett8617Seems to me that you're a Doug Wilson fan. BTW, not a Sharks fan.

@@joesakic91 Wilson certainly did a great job. Not a Wilson fan, but rather I am a fan of good hockey and have been a fan of the Sharks since the beginning. Wilson did make good trades and consistently created a Stanley Cup contender. With great players like Marleau, Thornton, Burns, Karlsson and many other superstars, the Sharks were an entertaining product for decades. Enter Grier, clearly a DEI hire, and he trades two Norris trophy winners and multiple 20 goal scorers. In return has an empty arena and a bunch of peewee league players hoping to succeed in the NHL. And all we hear are excuses...

@@davidbarnett8617 But there's also a price to pay when being a quality Stanley Cup contender year after year under Doug Wilson: the Sharks locked up their nucleus with longer contracts which made the team older and had to draft lower in the NHL Entry Draft.
