For me problem is exact opposite. I don't blame women, but I feel unworthy of love and relationships. So I have never tried because I am afraid of getting hurt. I think this is more common problem than being Sigma (I didn't even know about Sigma/Alpha terms as I don't really use social media other than YT and wp). Many men are actually afraid of getting hurt but they are rationalising this fear by an excuse (Sigma male). My life is all about study, career and job 😂

First and foremost thing is start looksmaxxing. The reason u aint have gf or cant attract girls is your looks. Personality do matter but trust me once u are lookmaxxed fully you will gain more confidence and charisma coz u know that u are now good looking so u will be more happy and more charming.
