If we are to believe Santa 'Claus' Davis that he was in a more critical condition than the other survivors how was he fit enough to drive over 5 miles to seek medical attention? Yes the distance from Peter Tosh's residence to the University of the West Indies Hospital where Mr Davis was treated is over 5 miles. In that moment of crisis all this fraud could think of is taking care of himself-like Peter who denied being an associate of Jesus when he was identified as one of his followers. In the moment of crisis when gunmen came to Bob Marley residence to assassinate him his manager (Don Taylor) used his body as a shield to save Bob's life and who incidentally was pronounced dead on arrival at the University of the West Indies Hospital. Luckily while Don Taylor was being taken to the hospital morgue one of the hospital ward noticed a movement in one of his foot and they were able to revived him. There is no excuse for him (Santa 'Claus' Davis) for NOT assisting those who were more injured than him. For those who of you who want to defend this man and his selfish act would you be defending Santa 'Claus' Davis if he had deserted his injured spouse or any other close relatives to save his own life ??? His action on that day demonstrate that Santa 'Claus' Davis is a dis-honorable person.

Am just looking into this matter after all these years as a young person. And I believe that lady was wrong to implicate this man into all of this. This is a blunt effort to tarnish this man's credibility. People can actually target the man to kill him just because they believe the story of him not saving their icon. She said it clearly the men who came to do the shooting told peter tosh he is going to die. She even said they were going to chop off his head. This shows the magnitude of destruction they were going to carry out. Surely the other men in the room along with her must have been gripped with fear. He was probably scared that night and wasn't thinking rationally @ the time...he was frightened. It was his exact statement to Marlene that left a bad taste inside my mouth.
