If you want a high street name without the need to jump through hoops then consider Yorkshire Building Society, offering 4.80% variable from £1.

@@MDRashid0509 fill up cash ISA with money box 5.19% as mentioned by another comment before savings accounts as the rates are similar but tax free. Trading212 also has cash ISA 5.2% soon and flexible

@AmperSam97 actually it's 4.25% but they have added 0.94% introductory bonus... which makes it 5.19%
