Thank you for this. My heart has been in a chronic state of disconnection for months on end and this talk, these practices have cracked the door open. The sliver of light is enough. Thank you both.

I Love this . Sarah's wisdom seems to come from hundreds of incarnations, and a lineage of wisdom keepers. She keeps it human, and yet sage like. I Love when a guide relates their humanity to their growth, and how it is a daily practice to remember our Divinity. Words are failing me, for my appreciation for Sarah. Thank you Sarah, for sharing your thoughts with us. And thank you Tami for supporting her, and us.

Well, somebody wanted me to hear this. This video was open on my phone when I woke up this morning. I'd been listening to music in my files, not youtube when I went to sleep last night. But this was pulled up and paused waiting for me. Spirit is getting stronger. Think I better start listening. Thank you for the work you do and the messages you are passing on. Much of what you touched on fit my life. Much Love new friend. I will be subscribing.

That was great! Very deep and powerful talk. I have been running and hiding from my heart for many many years in fear that I might feel too much. What a silly game I played. Life is so much more when we are open and embrace it in its fullness. I loved your call to be more courageous. It’s exactly what we need right now and always. Much love to all your beautiful hearts. Nobody is ever alone.

I loved the most the sweet, gentle meditation about 30 minutes into the presentation in which it feels like you were speaking directly to our tender hearts. It was incredibly soothing, like being rocked in maternal love. Thank you.

I do too, it's steady, soothing, interesting....the pace and tone with which she speaks are perfect. Not many people listen as well as she does or hold the space as carefully :-)

Thankyou both for such beautiful inspiration. I've been feel off balance stressed & loss & your words have urged me toward returning to my mindfulness meditation & journaling practices. I'm longing to connect & be a part of nature in the way you are describing being having an umbilical cord to the universe. Meditation & nature is my new daily self care. Love to you both & my true gratitude
