This is so SO like me! Except everyone keeps telling me to slow down Little goals (tiny even) to begin with… But aim BIG Have patience You will get there eventually Not done the 5k yet Still working on it Thankyou Sarah for sharing

The question is how much time is needed to recover. After how many months one is not sleepy during tha day, can walk long distances without being totally exhausted and finally can do endurance sport like riding road bike 120 km and 2500m elevation gain. As he/she had done it before.

Good for you...much of illness is mental. I have CLL and cirrhosis (non alcoholic). I've had uterine cancer. Languishing is not an option.
