It suppresses the amygdala's role in initiating a fear response. It also simultaneously signals the release of dopamine. I would love to see a video with more slower eye movement segments and light triggers. You do it best ❤

I'm usually watching these ASMR videos at night before going to sleep. Listening to the soothing whispers of Sarah's voice, I'm soon falling asleep. But, i don't want to stop looking at her beautiful face, especially when she keeps saying "look at my face". I didn't want to not listen to the doctor. Lol!!! So, I end up getting more tired.
