My 8-year old (and my partner, and me) waited for 90 minutes to get into Idolfest *just* to see your performance as Miku, and it did not disappoint! I don't think I've ever seen my kid in her element so much! She was over. the. moon. My partner said "I don't know who Sarah Spaceman is but I'm amped because [kiddo] is amped!" She watches your videos, and cosplayed as a different winter Miku this year at HolMat. She wanted to go to your meet and greet but it overlapped with our maid cafe reservation. (My bad.) Thanks for curating magic, and your makeup looked awesome!

You have to always be ready to execute Plan B, then Plan C, and so on. Live performance is not what we see most of the time. It is special, and should be appreciated as such. Made by Human Beans.

I genuinely don't cry very much, but I cry so often at your videos because they remind me why and how much I love cosplay. You properly get to the root of that joy in creating and celebrating media and characters you love and sharing that in so many different ways with friends and with strangers, and how that love for the thing you're cosplaying turns into a love for cosplay itself.

They make me cry too, and I'm not even into cosplay. I think it speaks to her video editing skills, she's really good at using music, script and cutting choices to make things feel emotional and grand. Though sometimes it's annoying for me to tear up at a video when I don't really want to.

This is such a love letter to the overseas idol community, in a time where a lot of non members are quick to judge All the members of this idol fest and all idol fests are so incredibly inspiring and that's what idols are about! It was such an absolute blessing to get to see you perform live after following you for this past year and see you work so hard on such a beautifully crafted cosplay. I know we joked about me crying when we met, but I definitely did when I got home. To be honest I had no interest in cosplay skit competitions or performances before, but this kinda changed my mind a bit, hearing you and the other contestants talk about what it means to them, and just seeing the dances onstage, I can imagine getting swept up in the excitement of the crowd and the passion and all that skill and practice that goes into each one. Love this!

Your story of how you got into cosplay reminded me of this full circle moment I had. I really got into cosplay because of this one cosplayer and when I finally got to meet them they were dressed as Princess Ai this character from an old manga. Anyway 5 years later I got to meet them again dressed as Princess Ai myself. It was such a full circle moment and I was so excited. It showed me how much I had grown as a cosplayer and your videos really reminded me why I like cosplaying and I just wanted to say thank you.

Hey! I'm a musician who works with several art forms, too. I totally get submerging yourself in work, work that you did entirely on your own and with acquired skill. 6 months in 7 minutes people, that's credible! I just had 2 and a half months of work end in a satisfying performance with 30 musicians I gathered, many of which are my aumni in the first stages of playing (took a lot of rehearsing but they learnt in so many ways!). So I know firsthand that the work you put towards educating people in those skills via videos and graphics (sewing, cosplay, prop-making, rehearsing...), that is a godsend. You should be so proud, go get some rest and keep on sharing your art! We appreciate it.

I'll fully admit that I cried throughout all the performance segments :,) you did such a wonderful job with the cosplay, visuals, and this vlog!! I've had a silly little dream for the past few years about wanting to do idol cosplay dances on stage, and this past year, I've finally taken the strides to get there-and that's definitely due to your encouragement. Literally today I'm preparing to record an audition tape for a local group, and throughout the process of getting more involved in the overseas idol community, I've realized that this dream isn't as silly or far off as I thought. Seeing you take on your ambition is genuinely so inspiring for me, and I'm so grateful every time I get to see you share your passion with us 💕I'm so so proud of what you've accomplished!!!!

DUUUUUDEEEE hearing the trumpets of your youtube song flippin made me tear up so hard!!!!!! I used to dance in an Idol group a few years back and performed on the main stage at Närcon at their very first Idolfest in 2019, the same stage you danced at this past summer, and hearing all the idol group's motivations and little interviews brought back all those emotions for me. I will keep supporting you no matter what!!! Loved this video!!!

Pins is absolutely correct in that you've conditioned us to cry to that song and I absolutely love you for it! Your videos are the reason I became a "real" cosplayer in the sense that I became more committed to cosplaying as a hobby rather than occasionally piecing a costume together so people would want to take pictures with me at cons lol. The crying is always good crying because it always reminds me why I love cosplay and other cosplayers and performing and all the good-feel things about going to conventions. Can't wait to meet you at MomoCon 2024 (Atlanta represent!!) and wish you the best nap and a magical holiday season!

Hearing how you talk about your favorite creator and how she inspired you is exactly how I see you! I'm so inspired to create when I watch your videos, and I've learned so much about improving my own cosplays. When I saw you perform at HolMat this year I near cried because of how proud I am of you! You did amazing, such a great way to close 2023 :D

I was a big fan of Dejavudea in 2017 too, and sometimes I find myself feeling sad because I feel like that side of Cosplay KZfaq is dead and gone. Just wanna say I'm grateful for you and all the content you put out because it takes me back to that era and it brings so much joy to me.
