Early morning kolli (cassava) + dosa, parotta and egg curry or chicken roast - that was our start of Kolkata Road Trip. Well, we had a small trouble with our car too - a BIG puncture, but that was okay as we got it serviced quickly.

We thus started our food trip to Kolkata from Kochi on MG Hector Plus. It's too early to comment on the vehicle at this point as this is the first time I am driving an MG vehicle. Thanks to Sheri of MG Showroom Kolkata for helping me on this. However, we stopped near Thrissur for a quick breakfast at Ayodhya Coffee House which is run by Sarasa Chechi and her husband. Sarassa chechi runs the show in kitchen while her husband manages orders, accounts, and other things.
We packed parotta, kolli (mashed cassava), dosa, chicken roast, and egg curry. While we were planning to get to some quiet spot and have our breakfast, we noticed that one our car tires is flat. We took the service of MG Hector's nearest service center (Thrissur service center), and I happily note here that they provided quick and efficient services. Also, we had our breakfast in their lounge. It was a shaky start, but Sarasa chechi's breakfast and the prompt service of MG service center compensated for the loss.
