This is a full room tour of the preferred one bedroom villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. These rooms used to sleep 4 people, but the new refurbished rooms now sleep 5 people which is great news for families!
The 1 bedroom villa looks so much better, and the new updates have some fun Disney characters all over the room.
Congress Park is completed and Springs is over halfway done. If you're hoping to get a refurbished stay on your next Disney trip, be sure you book a preferred room. It's guaranteed in Congress Park, but we don't know how far they got in Springs after the halfway point because of the closures.

The horse art with the hats was from a Disney short, it’s a really sweet story and song and it brought me to tears seeing it in this room. Johnny Fedora and Alice Bluebonnet

The leaves are representative of fall time in NY. The shower definitely look better than the old setup.

Wow! The horses in the hats are from "Johnny Fedora and Alice Bluebonnet" from "Make Mine Music." 🤨😶 'Old Moe' is from the Disney Goofy animated short "They're Off." 😐😑 Saratoga Springs is paying homage to more obscure, but by no means unknown, Disney horses. 🐴 BTW, there was a hidden Mickey in the mirror configuration over the dining table.

I love all of the little cups of liquid coffee creamer! All of the DVC rooms I've stayed in only had the powder-style coffee creamer. Liquid creamer is always preferred! It's the little things :) Great room and great video!

Hey there Alyssa and Rob, just wanted to let you know as my husband and I were watching this room tour video, that there is another hidden mickey that we found. It is in the mirror on the wall above the seating area around the 2:10 mark. Just FYI. I don't know if you noticed that or not.

So much more in favor of the one bedroom sleeping five than the other DVC refurbs with the studios sleeping five.. and taking away all the clothing storage.

I got a refurb room last year literally days after it was done. Smelled like paint and had lots of bugs in it. Totally bizarre room layout, too.

We stayedin a renovated studio in November 2020...it was SO NICE!!!!! It was so well done.....that horse picture at the front of hte one bedroom is bad.....LOL....they should have picked a different style for that...wowzers....lol...but they win BIG bonus points for the awesome leather strap / bridle / saddle light fiture! Great video.....we have one of these booked in a few months!

does those all the doors going in to the bathroom have locks because I am trying to pick out a room for 2 couples to stay and we don't want to worry about flashing anyone

I love your videos. The only thing I think would be a great add is for someone to actually lie down on the pull-down beds for a representation of the size. We are trying to figure out if our teenager will fit on the twin murphy and cannot find any dimensions or relative sizing anywhere.

It’s a twin size bed, so it’s made for kids. You can find the sizing of the beds underneath the discreption on Disney’s website or we try to state the sizing in our videos as much as we can 😊

Yes. They’ll all be the same design. The only difference in preferred and standard is the location of the room. 😊

Joy FP They’re moving quickly and have already finished a building and a half. They didn’t have a specific timeline for us, just what the plans are for order.

Great video thanks. Do you know how long the refurbs will take to cover the whole resort? I also heard Disney have a dispute with the contractor

They haven't provided a projected end date, but we were told it would be well into 2021, and that was before the shutdown and changing contractors.

To confirm the remodled rooms sleep 5 now? Not 4 as the dvc point charts state. Do studios now sleep 5 too? Thank you for all your reviews your really helping me decide where to buy dvc

Correct. The one bed sleeps 5. Disney doesn’t update their information until all the rooms have been completed. The studio sleeps 4. Glad we could help! 😊
