hi there, i'll save your recipe in my fav list. However I would like to point out something here. It will be much easier for your audience if you can write the recipe on the captions. And perhaps some alternative measurements for e.g in cups or spoons. It will increase your viewer too because there are many youtube channels out thr and ppl are looking for the most easy way

How much sugar did you put for milk and yeast , and how much sugar did you put for milk powder , sugar, bread flour etc for the bun making ? Is it total of 115g or each 115g ?

Hi, at 0:50 to make the bread, is it supposed to be 'all purpose flour' or 'bread flour/high grade flour'?

Hi. Thank you for commenting! As for this recipe I used 'Bread Flour'. Sorry for the typo mistake at 0:50 to make the bread. Anyhow, you can also use 'All Purpose Flour' in this recipe if you can't get 'Bread Flour' at your place.

What type of milk are you using, condensed milk or full cream milk or fresh milk?

Thanks for commenting! If you don't have any bread making machine, you can use the traditional method which is kneading the dough by hand.
