Food and beverage service is part of the price you pay so why should the passenger be penalized if management can't manage? What you were provided is not Business Class food so why should you fly SAS and be treated that way? If they lose passengers because of that then that is their fault and if they do not know any better then they need new managers!

I’ve had better food/service from Lufthansa than SAS as you will see in my Lufthansa videos.

Thanks for your input. My booking and e-ticket call it Business Class as it’s part of a business class ticket from Oslo to Sydney.
