If Russians knew the Ukrainians had either Taurus or Jassm agm-158bs, it would force them to fly 24/7 CAP over the black sea, degrading their flight hours on their best fighters. And the CAPs would be sitting ducks for F-16s linked to the Sweden provided AWACs radars. After a few losses, or by shear laziness/ stupidity there are some gaps in CAP coverage, Ukraine makes their move. Nato knows precisely where Russia has fighters, so Ukraine could fly an entire squadron of f-16s out to the middle of the Black Sea, launch their Taurus or Jassms, and the black sea fleet would be gone.

Those ships came from the Northern Fleet and not the Black Sea Fleet. Russia is currently unable to replenish it's larger warships in the Black Sea due to Turkey having closed the Bosporus for active warships of Ukraine and Russia. They can still get in the long way round through the Volga and it's tributaries but my guess is that is limited to smaller vessels (not sure on the layout of sluices)

They’re sigint craft. You park them somewhere* and listen to radio traffic. They send intercepts somewhere for decryption but also to look at traffic patterns and other meta data. *or in this case, they probably keep them moving.

If you go to Google Earth and look at imagery of the base over the past 10 years, you'll see that like all other naval bases the number and types of ships in port have varied up and down. Whether a specific one is there or not depends on its status and orders. Some shots show almost no ships, some show full facilities, with everything in between. You're reading much too much into this.
