I just noticed that at the very end, he signs what looks like ‘I love you.’ That could be perceived as a sign to the audience or as a sign from Angelica to Hamilton, which is absolutely brilliant

From the one 2 years before this one, it was different. I feel like the two year difference made him feel like it had the same meaning but different interpretation of how more intricate the feelings and emotions were that were the complexity of Angelica's feelings towards the love.
