He's legit really good, although he usually throws in something a little contrived and corny that holds it back from flawless brilliance, but for a host who is not really an actor or comedian he's the best by far. Most non-comedian hosts are used as the straight guy, he can play the bit character.

I think Target Lady is adorable. She's a total sunshine person. If I shopped there I'd deliberately go to her so I could chat to her and absorb that positive energy. As someone from the North of England I love having a chin wag with shop assistants, some of them I now know quite well. It takes no time to be nice and a good natter will brighten up your day.
