I have Saturn in 1st house from nov 2019 to March 2023. In this period i have stopped eating meat, nofap , starting to go to the forest , meditating,.. spiritual awakening. Thank you for explaining. ❤️🙏🌈

Saturn in Aquarius transiting the 1st house can feel more isolating, or alienating. Consider where Uranus is as well.
