Did my first run in them. 6.50 miles. And I will say… super comfortable, the lockdown is amazing. All around comfort. Very very comfortable. If someone were to say “hey we are going to the zoo and we will be walking for 10 hours.” This would be my pick all day! However when running I found them too be clunky and very minimal response. I would recommend the triumph 22 for the more responsive Dailey trainer/long run.

How do they compare to the guide 17. I also found those to be too controlling for running but comfortable and aesthetically pleasing enough to make for a banging casual shoe.

What exactly is the point of using a loved PB foam in their daily trainers now if all they do is firm it up to where it no longer has the same personality? 😅 seems like an opportunity to get away with calling the midsole soft and bouncy when in fact its much denser and firmer...

There was another video, can’t remember who it was right now but they were saying PB was nearly all of this shoe except that little bottom layer 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's tough to tell without cutting them in half, but it looks like this probably has half PWRRUN PB and half PWRRUN. The PWRRUN is definitely the controlling foam in this shoe and the PWRRUN PB is there for the comfort.

@@its_Matt_B_ now imagine if saucony built a 45mm PB midsole, and I mean the true beaded PB you get in the endorphin line, with a tiny sliver of PWRRUN (or +) on the bottom - and put that on the triumph’s last. Feel like this would be SICK but I don’t engineer shoes so idk lol

@MedicineRunner love the idea but they would definitely need to add more stability elements other than just a bottom layer of foam..maybe a wider base
